Our club teams first took the field in 2022 with just two teams for one summer. Since then, Heat Lacrosse club teams have grown to seven boys teams and continues to expand opportunities for dedicated athletes.
Youth Heat Teams
Focused on 3rd to 6th graders. We prioritize individual growth and foundational skills through high-octane practices that foster a relentless work ethic and great sporting character.

Designed for 7th and 8th graders, these teams help players make an impact for their school programs while beginning focused preparation for college recruitment and high-level skill development.
VARSITY PROSPECTS
For 9th through 12th graders. Our premier squads prepare athletes for the collegiate level with advanced strategic training, elite tournament play, and professional-grade mentorship.
